When the Rain Came Dancing is a participatory dance, music, and story event created especially for families. Inspired by farm life in County Mayo, Ireland, the performance follows a gentle, rain-soaked day seen through a child’s eyes, where ordinary moments become infused with imagination.
Led by Marjorie Hopkins, with harpist Elysha Vorstenbosch, this event promises to be an engaging entrance into to Irish music, dance, and story, reminding us that sometimes the simplest moments can bring us together in the most joyful ways.
