DESCRIPTION:Join us for a delightful journey into Irish farm life with Brendan Tonra’s charming tale\, Three Ducks and a Goose. This interactive programme invites children and families to listen\, dance\, sing\, and move along with the story\, and definitely some céilí (group) dancing to boot! \nPerfect for children aged 3-8 and their families (and the young at heart!) No dance experience required! Come prepared to move! \nThis is a free event (registration required) hosted by the Waterloo Public Library at the John M. DESCRIPTION:We are honoured to dance in the partnered event: Ties that Bind: Ireland and Palestine presented by the IRL Festival and the Waterloo Region Friends of Palestine. \nThrough dance\, poetry\, music\, and community connection the evening will celebrate culture\, resistance\, and solidarity; affirming that the arts are a powerful form of resistance by way of building hope\, sustaining spirit and joy\, even in the darkest of times. \nTickets are available through the IRL website. \nAll proceeds from the event will go directly to support the people of Gaza. There will also be additional opportunities to donate and make purchases in support of humanitarian work in Gaza.
